功能 : 活血化瘀,养血止血。 适应症 : 产后血热,恶露量多,经久不止。
Step 1
将益母草、生地用清水冲洗干净,同装入布袋备用。Wash YiMuCao and ShenDi and keep in filter bag.
Step 2
黑豆、黑木耳和药袋同放入砂锅,加入清水 600ml,大火煮滚。Put black bean, black fungus and herbs bag into clay pot,pour in 600ml water and bring to boil in high heat.
Step 3
改用小火煎煮 30 分钟后,取出药包,加入黄糖,边搅边煮,至糖完全溶化即成。Turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes, remove herbs bag and season with sugar.
